Thursday
Arrival + Soft Release
Check-in + Settle in
6:00-7:00pm
As each women arrives where she's welcomed home... and given a small piece of water-soluble paper with a gentle invitation: "What's ready to be cleared from my soil, so new growth can begin?"
Soft Dinner Made by Private Chef Janene
8:00-9:00pm
Nourishment. Ease. Small Talk. Laughter. Meant to be light-hearted and comforting.
Sister Lounge + Welcome Circle
9:00pm
Cozy & casual connection time to introduce yourself and engage in connection building activities to gently open your heart for the weekend to come.
Water Release Ritual
9:45pm
With your question from earlier, you'll place your paper into water and symbolically clear your inner soil so new growth can begin. This release is done by Amber & Kayla to help support you and your intention behind this weekend.
Quiet Hours + Rest
10:00-10:30pm
Soft wind-down, showers, journals, sleep.

For the early risers... coffee or tea in hand. Quiet journaling, meditation, breath. A gentle beginning as the sun rises over a new season.The Spring Equinox has officially arrived!
Breakfast + Slow Nourishment
7:15 - 7:45am
A full hour to eat, wake slowly, and ease into the day. Breakfast is intentionally prepared by Chef Janene.
Collective Release: Tending The Inner Soil
9:30 - 10:30am
An Emotion Code™ group clearing done by Amber to gently release any blocks that are preventing you from making space for deeper trust, intuition, and growth.

Chakra Alignment Meditation + Yoga (Recharge)
10:30 - 11:45am
Janene & Amber will be guiding everyone back to their body with a guide chakra alignment mediation to restore balnce after the energetic release we just did. Janene will show us movements for our bodies to move the energies through our chakras for the ultimate recharge.
Transition + Trail Prep
11:15 - 12:00pm
A spacious reset before we head into nature. You can take your time to:
+ Grab a snack
+ Change into hiking clothes
+ Refill water bottles
+ & get ready to recahrge in the woods
...no rushing - just flow.
Forest Recharge + Pinic Lunch
12:30 - 2:30pm
As a group, we wander into nature for a fun, grounding, and breathwork. A reconnection to your wild, rooted self. We’ll share a chef-prepared picnic that lets your nervous system soften, and your whole body finally exhale + The Connection Ritual in The Trees to top off our time in nature.
Integration + Rest
3:00 - 5:30pm
This afternoon is intentionally spacious so you can take the time to:
+ Shower + rinse off from the hike
+ Rest or take a nap
+ Your own spiritual practices
+ Sip tea, snack, connect, laugh
+ Simply be
Harvest & Recieve: An Intutive Dinner Experience & Workshop with Janene
5:30 - 7:30pm
This is a guided nourishment workshop + interactive dinner experience. Janene will share how foos supports the soul, the body, and the healing process within.
We'll move through a seasonal dinner bar, where each woman is invited to build her own plate intuitively, choosing what her body is craving in this season.
Tea & Sisterhood Lounge
7:30 - 9:30pm
This is where sisterhood roots in, where deeper sharing happens naturally. No agenda, no pressure. ultimate connection & sharing.

Integration Circle: Harvesting the Weekend
8:30 - 9:30am
A guided reflection circle to help you gather the insights, lessons, and transformations that bloomed throughout the retreat. A space to anchor what you’re taking home with you—mind, body, and spirit.
Closing Meditation + Heart Activation
9:30 – 10:00am
A grounding meditation led by Kayla to seal in your growth, reconnect your energy, and activate the next chapter of your journey as you prepare to return home.
Pack + Prepare for Departure
Check-out 11:00am
A calm hour to pack, shower, sip tea, and move slowly. Space for hugs, last conversations, and final reflections. No rushing—just gentle transition.
